BCC is determined to promote the transfer of civilians in military constitution

The City of Bellagarve has passed a resolution to facilitate the transfer of civilian areas from military farmers in the Old Town. This was done under the directions of the state government to all state cities in all states.

The issue was discussed at a recent meeting of the Standing Committee of Finance. Members adopted a resolution to facilitate the transfer of residential colonies, markets, bungalows, grounds and open spaces to the company within the real estate area. This is different from the early decision of the BCC to only take over residential areas in the state.

Committee Chairman Netravati Bhagwat, Mayor Mangesh Pawar, Deputy Mayor Vani Joshi and others attended the meeting.

This was after a meeting with Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Roshan, who communicated with officials about the decision of the state government. The state government has asked all urban local agencies to seek decisions to transfer all components of civilian use areas in the military constitution. The land in the city of Bellagarve in 1763 was administered approximately by the state committee, which was different from the BCC. However, as the BCC seeks transfers in all civilian fields, the BCC will be managed in the future by the BCC after the transfer is affected.

Meanwhile, members of the Belgaum State Resident Welfare Association (BCRWA) have urged the state government to establish a new deputy director’s office on the state’s 102 acres of abandoned military farms, rather than as it is now, Suvarna Soudha, Suvarna Soudha, Kanabargi or Hindalga.

Ministers Satish Jarkiholi and Laxmi Hebbalkar have recently and currently the DC office have inspected the sites. The abandoned military farm is located in the city center near Bogarves Circle. It is perfect for DC office purposes. It mentioned that BCRWA had earlier recommended abandoned military dairy farms as a suitable location, which was appreciated by the Minister of Defense.

During the public protests, the current DC office area is overcrowded and inaccessible. Other shortlisted locations are far away from the city. Moving DC offices to faraway areas is unrealistic. It is best to take advantage of the 102-acre location of the former military dairy farm, the vacant lot. The Ministry of Defense is willing to transfer land to the state government under the Equal Value Exchange Program. It can have a full government office, the complex has tree-lined roads, plenty of parking and public gatherings. Private buyers may develop the land into hotels and shopping malls if the government delays. The state government shall approve the transfer with the state government and the coalition government to approve the transfer, and the transmission is further.

The letter was signed by Omarfarooq Nawab, Ranjan Shetti, Nitin Khot and others, the head of the association’s office.
