BJP’s Maharashtra Allies

Mumbai: The BJP seems to have confirmed for the first time that Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde raised controversial questions about ruling the coalition with the Union Home Minister Amit Shah. BJP senior leader Sudhir Mungantiwar said on Sunday that Shinde “will not use this method to file a complaint before Shah.”
Shiv Sena, led by Shinde, reportedly was upset about the archives of certain ministries where deputy CM Ajit Pawar, who owns the financial portfolio, was in trouble. There are also speculations about the speculation that Shiv Sena encountered at CM Devendra Fadnavis to reverse some of the previous decisions made by the Shinde government.
A meeting between Shinde and Shah was held on Saturday at an event in Raigad Fort to mark the 345th anniversary of the birth of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
However, on Sunday, Shinde refuted the buzz of any cracks in Mahayuti and said everything in the league was clumsy. He said the problem, if any, will be resolved through discussion.
Pawar asserted on Sunday that he had a good relationship with Shinde and would speak directly if there were any questions. Regarding the discooperation with Minister Sena, Pawar said: “It’s definitely a lie. If Shinde complains, he will talk to me directly or tell Chief Minister Devendra Fadnvis. Our relationship is cordial. But I don’t think he will complain directly about Amit Shah,” Pawar said.
He added: “I was with Shah all day with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Shinde, but Shah said nothing about this complaint. Don’t say anything to the source.”
Pawar said he and Shinde attended the meetings weekly and they were making decisions in a coordinated manner.
