However, as the week progressed, the movie’s box office collection began to decline and could not maintain its initial momentum. Despite box office average performance, the manufacturer decided to announce its sequel, titled Jaat 2. The sunny Deol is returning to another mission as the manufacturer released the term through a social media announcement poster on Thursday. Additionally, Gopichand Malineni will retake the role of director and promise action thrillers with higher bets and higher film wonders.
Sunny Deol went to Instagram and shared a new poster that read “#jaat Enters New Mission! #JAAT2″, which excited fans. One user commented: ” aree waahhh jaat ke baad jaat 2 turant ” netizens responded, “Jat returned hona chahiye’s name.”

Speaking of JAAT 2, the announcement was published through a poster, revealing that Sunny returns with producers Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar Y and TG Vishwa Prasad, with Mythri filmmakers supporting the project. Although the actor details have not been announced yet, Deol’s return has been confirmed. The original film Jaat marks Gopichand Malineni’s Hindi debut and opposes Randeep Hooda, along with Regina Cassandra, Saiyami Kher and others. It received mixed positive comments and praised Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda for their action sequences and performances.
When it comes to JAAT box office, its collections have steadily declined, with a total collection of Rs 575 billion on the latest day. The film performed differently, with strong opening and weekends (Rs 95 crore on the opening day, Rs 95 crore on Saturday and Rs 14 crore on Sunday), but a sharp drop in weekdays (Rs 725 crore on Monday, Rs 6 crore on Tuesday and Rs 4 crore on Wednesday). The film will be released in theaters on April 10, 2025.
