Supreme Court grants temporary relief to DICCI in health plan

The Supreme Court temporarily remedy to the Dalit Chamber of Commerce of India (DICCI) (DICCI) on May 19, 2025 (May 19, 2025), which is related to the case, accusing the agency of corruption in the implementation of the Health Workers Welfare Program and the Dalit Community Program in Tamil Nadu.
Judges of the Chief Justice of India (CJI) BR Gavai and Ag Masih suspended an order related to the implementation of the Annal Ambedkar Business Champions Program (AABCS).
The top courts also requested that the High Court consider approval of DICCI so that they have the opportunity to be heard before any ruling on the case is made.
“Let the current petitioner [DICCI] Deemed as a respondent. Let the High Court consider the application and pass by an order after hearing all parties. Until such a command is passed, please temporarily put the damaged command on hold.
A brief hearing During the court holiday, the High Court accepted the urgency of a petition filed by activist Savukku Shankar during the court holiday and passed the challenged temporary order.
Mr Shankar has sought investigations from the CBI into allegations of transfer of funds.
