Citroen C3 CNG price, features and specifications: Now, by retrofitting in all four variants, the CNG fuel option is available with the Citroen C3. Customers can choose the CNG kit for a revamp in any Citroen dealer’s C3 hatchback range. However, the additional cost of the CNG variant is Rs 93,000 compared to its standard petrol peers.

According to Citroen, the C3 with a dealer’s CNG kit offers up to 28.1 km/kg mileage, which greatly reduces fuel costs. It also provides flexibility to switch between gasoline and CNG fuel options. The CNG kit is paired with a 1.2L naturally aspirated gasoline engine that produces 82 bhp and 115 nm.
Transmission responsibilities are handled by a 5-speed manual transmission. However, automakers have not revealed the power and torque figures of the C3 CNG variant. Additionally, the automaker claims the hatchback’s rear suspension has also been updated.
“Specially adjusted rear impact absorbers, enhanced suspension springs and roll bars provide fixed comfort riding, retaining Citroen’s Hallmark Advanced Affordable comfort suspension, which provides flying carpet even with the addition of the CNG kit.”
It is worth noting that the Citroen C3 CNG will compete with the Tata Punch ICNG for a price range of Rs 73 lakh to Rs 1017 crore.
