National autonomy is not separatism

Chennai: Chief Minister MK Stalin made measures to improve national autonomy over widespread criticism of the Legislative Assembly, clarifying Thursday that this is not separatism at all, as some have accused and said it aims to achieve the purpose of diversified concepts of unity.
Stalin said in a message on X that there is no need to panic about the actions taken by the state government on April 15 to form a committee to enter the relationship between the Union government and the states, as the Union government itself established the Sakaria Commission in 1983 and the Panji Commission in 2007.
He said a common problem was raised in all respects “an urgent need for its urgent need”, he said, and that the current coalition BJP government attempted to paralyze state governments through various actions, trampling on state rights and violating the language and culture of the states.
Although the ground reality is now posed the same issue of national autonomy than former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi and established the PV Rajamannar Committee in 1969, the Kurian Joseph Committee was formed on the same line because the powerful India is only able to prosper with an independent government, so the Kurian Joseph Committee is the same.
He said that at present, the coalition government is paying funds to the states to match what they collect, and for developed states such as Tamil Nadu, only 29 Paise returns 29 Paise per rupee, he said.
Depriving states of financial power simply deprives them of oxygen through suffocation, while the coalition government has been taking away the subject matter on the same list without having to have rights to the state or even unilaterally enacting laws. He said that as far as the subjects on the national list were concerned, the coalition government almost didn’t care.
He said NEP-2020 was brought to the poor and ordinary people on the school campus and introduced NEET to crush the poor’s medical school dreams and the poor, and imposed on Hindi in costumes of three language formulas in aspiration to transform citizens of non-Indian Hindi second-class countries into people.
He said the governor was sent to undermine the development of the states, and despite the courts lifted it up, they remained incredible, adding that state autonomy would lead to growth in India and warned against panic about it.
