Team investigating the death of pregnant women is denied treatment, submit a report

An expert committee composed of staff from Sassoon General Hospital and BJ Medical College submitted an investigation report, allegedly dead Tanisha Bhise, 37, was denied treatment at Deenath Mangeshkar Hospital.
The state-appointed commission of inquiry earlier found that DMH violated the emergency care regimen and reportedly refused to accept the pregnant woman when she was unable to pay a deposit of Rs 1 million. Bhise was later transferred to another factory and she surrendered after delivering the twins.
Pune police sought medical expertise from government hospitals on April 8 as part of the investigation. Officials confirmed that the report has been submitted to the Medical Education Commissioner and the Alankar Police Department, combining the results of medical investigations from DMH, Manipal Hospital, Surya Hospital and Indira IVF.
As the investigation continues, authorities have not disclosed the conclusions of the report.
