Technician arrested for sexually harassing flight attendants at Gururam Hospital

A 25-year-old machine technician in the Medanta ICU – The drug here has been arrested by Gurugram police in connection with alleged sexual harassment by drivers earlier this month.
The accused Deepak is a resident of Muzaffarpur, Bihar, who has been working in the hospital for the past five months.
After the arrest, Dr. Sanjay Durani, the hospital’s medical director, said they had suspended the employee and would continue to provide full support to the police.
A press conference was held at the press conference, with Deputy Police (Headquarters) Arpit Jain leading a Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating the case, saying they examined footage of 800 CCTV cameras installed in the hospital and asked 50 employees, including doctors, who had zeroed for the defendant. Mr Jain said the SIT formed on Thursday, involving details of the case, resubmitted doctors and staff and analyzed CCTV videos several times to arrest the defendant.
“A further investigation is underway. The defendant will be filed in court on Saturday,” senior police said.
During treatment, he was allegedly sexually harassed on a ventilator in a semi-coma state and allegedly drowned a private hospital in a hotel swimming pool. The alleged incident occurred on April 6, but the complaint was filed at the Sadar Police Department on April 14 the day after she was discharged from the hospital.
