Telangana Bhavan supports returning students in ease border tensions

New Delhi: With tensions in India’s northern border area, Telangana Bhavan in New Delhi provides shelter, nursing and logistical support for returning citizens. Under the guidance of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, 162 people (56 from Jamu & Kashmir, 106 from Punjab) were assisted. Of these, 130 people returned home, while others remained until a trip was arranged.

Resident Commissioner Dr. Gaurav Uppal reviewed the facilities and met with students on Monday. Many agencies say normal, but return home first, and many say relief. Dr. Uppal received an online course selection from the University for temporary academic leniency.

In the end, students’ uncertainty about the plan was guaranteed and they continued to support it. “The doors of Telangana Bhavan are always open,” Dr. Uppal reiterated. With fewer distress calls and improved conditions, Bawan can still be equipped to help any citizen on the way.

The Telangana government promises to continue support until all citizens are reunited with their families.
