J&K Party Calls WAQF ACT ANTI ANTI-MUSLIM, SLAM OMAR ABDULLAH-led NC Govt Fails to Pass Resolution

Srinagar: J&K, which does not include the BJP, reiterates that the WAQF Act is anti-Muslim and hopes that the Supreme Court will make the right decision to support Muslims.

The goal of the ruling national meeting is that the opposition party fails to pass the resolution of the WAQF Act in the J&K Parliament.

However, CM Omar Abdullah said that it was impossible to do this due to technical errors from lawmakers seeking an undeniable adjournment motion.
As the spokesperson clarified, such motions were intended to seek answers about the government’s work, and the J&K parliament did not pass this bill.

People’s Congress MLA Sajad Lone excavated on the CM and requested an emergency one-day meeting to pass the resolution. PDP leader Iltija Mufti said that the North Carolina government has not only failed, but Muslims across India have failed.

BJP spokesman Altaf Thakur said the behavior needs to be changed, and this is not the first time the law has been revised.
