Telangana Rythu Mahotsavam in Nizamabad ensures fading of Nizamsagar and SRSP

Telangana Rythu Mahotsavam of Nizamabad demonstrates the contribution of the Congress party to the irrigation and agriculture sectors, as well as the assurance of the extraordinary and slurgical work of the Nizamsagar and SRSP projects.

The event was addressed by Minister of Irrigation N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Suryanarayana, Rakesh Reddy and MLC Anjaneya Reddy.

Mr Uttam Kumar Reddy explained how the government provided full equipment for the ongoing Rabi 2024-25 Paddy procurement, which included all necessary infrastructure, including Gunny Bags, Tarpaulin Covers, Calipers, Calipers, Dryers and Procuroment Centers, as well as the statewide state.

He said Telangana is expected to record the country’s highest rice fields purchases, with Rabi targeting 7.013 million tons. Adding to the Kharif season’s 153.5 LMT, the total rice production in 2024-25 will reach 281 LMT, making Telangana the largest producer in India.

Mr. Mahesh Goud urged the government to carry out the stupidity and dredging work of the Nizamsagar and SRSP projects to have hundreds of thousands of acres of land being cultivated. He said farmers were satisfied that they were the focus of government plans.

Congress leaders announced that the Pranahita-Chevella project, originally designed to benefit most of North Tlangana, will be revived. All spokespersons expanded their support for government initiatives and urged farmers to make the most of available facilities and programs.
