Telangana SC SC Welfare Residential School Students Gold Medal Bags in Mumbai Art Competition

Hyderabad: Students from the Telangana Social Welfare Gurukul Residential Education Institutions Association (TGSWREIS) won the gold medal in the art competition organized by Dream Family, an arts and cultural organization based in Mumbai.

The online competition held in March had 271 participants from all over India. Among them, 29 students from TGSWREIS School were from the school. The activity includes categories such as handwriting, painting, coloring, collage, best waste and cartoon painting.

All 29 students from Gurukur School received the highest honors in their respective categories, with gold medals and certificates of appreciation.

An official thank you letter has been sent to the head of Uppal Tgswreis, which acknowledges the student’s achievements. Their success was directed by art teacher Ms. Snigdha, who prepared for the competition.

“Our students performed well not only in academia, but also in culture and extracurricular activities,” said Tgswreis Secretary Dr. Alagu Varshini. She praised the efforts of principals B. Venkateshwar and Snigdha, adding that the performance of students demonstrates the society’s commitment to overall education and development in all aspects of the child’s personality.
