TGPSC file appeal single judge order, please stay in Group I appointment order

The Telangana State Public Service Commission filed a petition to a single judge’s order on April 28 (April 28), which continues to send letters of appointment to candidates selected as the group I Services.

A petition filed by TGPSC may be heard within a day or two. A written petition seeking judicial enquiry assessment of Group I services, in which Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao’s bench passed temporary guidance for temporary guidance and issued temporary guidance for appointment orders.

In an appeal petition filed by other TGPSC secretary and Nodal official R. Sumathi, the instructions to suspend the order of a single judge were sought. The Committee noted that the recruitment process must reach reasonable conclusions and therefore the Committee held that the single judge’s order puts the entire recruitment process at risk, seriously affecting the desire of candidates who successfully complete the exam.

The appellant said some respondents who were serving government employees “abused their official access and resources in an attempt to extract and compile detailed information about individual assessors who violated the rules of service conduct.” According to the committee, these respondents “without any basic material proof, all of which made “highly hypothetical and unfounded allegations.”

The appellant made it clear that there was no evidence that the same person had evaluated Telugu and British medium papers. The committee said respondents claimed there was no bias or language-based discrimination.

To increase transparency in the evaluation answer script, the Chief Reviewer Committee is composed for each paper, including at least two subject matter experts with national reputation. “It is probably for compliance with strict confidentiality agreements,” the petition said. The committee explained, “These trademarks were granted on designated barcode papers and did not reveal the candidate’s identity.”
