Meet the woman who once worked at Goldman Sachs and now plays a key role with Azim Premji’s Wipro.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University. She worked as a recruiter at Accenture in 2005.

Chandna Raja G has joined one of India’s top IT companies Wipro as the director’s talent acquisition leader. She is an experienced recruitment leader with nearly two decades of expertise in talent acquisition, execution of recruitment and recruitment strategies. Chandna served as a recruiting leader at Telstra for three years before joining Azim Premji’s Rs 258 crore market capitalization IT company. In addition, she has held key leadership positions at IBM, Northern Trust, Goldman Sachs and Accenture, where she played a key role in expanding her recruitment business, implementing technology-driven recruitment solutions, and strengthening employer brands.

Chandna holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University. According to her LinkedIn profile, she worked as a recruiter at Accenture in 2005. She worked for 2.4 years and then joined Goldman Sachs. Now at Wipro, Chandna will lead end-to-end talent mastery, optimize recruitment strategies, and introduce innovative solutions to attract top professionals. She will work closely with business leaders to develop a data-oriented recruitment framework that supports Wipro’s rapid growth and transformation. Chandna is a recognized leader in workforce planning, diversity recruitment and strategic procurement.

Wipro is the fourth largest IT major in India. It is scheduled to announce results for the March quarter on April 16, 2025. In the third quarter (third quarter), the tech giant reported a 24.5% increase in consolidated net profit, compared with Rs 33,538 crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal year.
