Kartik is Karan’s romantic drama Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, and now according to the latest reports, he will also star in the “High Concept” comedy trilogy, which will be directed by Fukrey director Mrigdeep Singh Lamba.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, Karan is funding the series with producer Mahaveer Jain, and Kartik will be the face of the franchise. The portal cites a source that the source confirmed Karan likes the concept of the comedy trilogy and decided to make it right away. “Mrightep Singh Lamba has been working on this high concept comedy for a while, and the film was designed to be designed with Kartik Aaryan’s trilogy. Karan liked the concept and immediately agreed to fund projects on the big screen. It was a script that had the potential to resonate with every part of the cinema.”
The film was reportedly in the pre-production phase, and the team made sure it was justified in scale and worked closely to make it a visual sight for the film audience. On the job side, Kartik was last seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film was released in cinemas on November 1 and despite another fierce competition from Singham, the film performed well, beating the latter in terms of profits. Kartik is currently filming Anurag Basu’s romantic drama with Sreelela. It is said that this movie is the third part of Aashiqui. But the official title of the film has not been revealed yet. The Kartik-Sreelea movie is scheduled to be released in Diwali 2025. Kartik and Karan’s Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera tu Meri is scheduled to be released in Valentine’s Day 2026.
