“The co-star is excited and felt violated in intimate scenes” to learn more about the actress and the incident

Actor Anupriya Goenka, known for her performances at Padmaavat, Tiger Zinda Hai and War, recently opened up the disturbing experiences she faced while filming intimate scenes. In a conversation with Siddharth Kannan on his YouTube channel, she shares how the co-star’s unexpected behavior made her uncomfortable and violated.
While discussing her experience in the industry, Ghoenka revealed that she had encountered two such incidents in her career. She recalls a special moment when her co-actor obviously becomes excited during the kissing scene. “This happened twice. In one example, I wouldn’t say that this guy took advantage, but the excitement took over. I could see that he was excited, and that wasn’t the way it should be. Then, you felt a little bit of a violation and uncomfortable.”
In another case, Goenka explains how her co-star unsuitable let go while filming an intimate sequence. She wore a dress that made certain movements difficult, but the co-actor chose to hold her in an unnecessary way on the spot. She added: “I had hoped that as a man he knew that it would be easier to hold a woman on his waist in a scene like this. But he almost put his hands on my butt, which was not needed. He could put them on my waist.”
Goenka shared that despite her discomfort, she chose to resolve the situation cleverly rather than face the actor directly. “Later, I moved his hand (waist) a little and told him to be there instead of underneath. But at that moment, I couldn’t feel why he did it. Because he would just say it was a mistake. I couldn’t call him at the time. Then, he stuck to it, but sometimes they just for you, that’s too much.
The actress has been successful in both Bollywood movies and online series. In addition to Padmaavat, War and Tiger Zinda Hai, she has also played a major role in the acclaimed web series such as Sacred Games, Asur: Welcome to your dark side and Abhay. Recently, she has seen her in a Berlin movie.
