Currently, Tiruchi has 18 UPHCs cater to the drug needs of pregnancy tests, counseling and noncommunicable diseases.

Pagapur is building a new facility and providing regulations for inpatient facilities, consulting rooms and laboratories. The center is designed to cover local low-income groups. Similarly, the old facilities in Kattur, Srirangam and Beerangikulam were also demolished and a new facility was built at the same site.
