The court in Bangalore requested order against Ed’s “b report” order in Muda land allocation case

The report has cleared the wrongdoing of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. However, the Enforcement Bureau (ED) and the complainant, activist Snehamaayi Krishna, challenged the report and called for a more in-depth investigation.
At the hearing, Chairman Judge Santosh Gajanan Bhat said that the decision on Report B will only be made after the Lokayukta police submitted a complete investigation report. As a result, the court adjourned the lawsuit and issued the next hearing on May 7.
The court also allowed Lokayukta police to continue the investigation as required by the agency.
Earlier, the Mysuru department of the Lokayukta Police Department submitted a preliminary report based on an investigation into Siddaramaiah and three other allegations. However, the court noted that the investigation should not be limited to four people and directed the police to investigate all relevant personnel and submit a comprehensive report.
The case is related to the alleged violation in the site allocation of Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA), and CM Siddaramaiah is accused of abuse of his position. The allegations suggest that the allocation of residential sites is a violation of norms and procedures that may benefit some people, including family members in Sida Lamaia. A complaint filed by activist Snehamaayi Krishna prompted Lokayukta to investigate.
A”Report B” is basically a closed report showing that there is no evidence of wrongdoing later brought up and that there is not enough material to prosecute the defendant. However, the report has now been questioned, with both the emergency department and the complainant acknowledging that key aspects of the case were ignored or insufficient.
