“The fire resistance period extends with age”

Qi is a 40-year-old man. I've observed that even there, I won't ejaculate more than once. Do I have to take any medication? Over the past 7-8 years, I have high blood pressure and have taken medication.

A person needs to have a (sexual) rest period between two sexual intercourse behaviors. This period is in the fire resistance period. During this time, a person may not be able to get a good erection and even if he gets a person, he may not be able to shoot. The duration of this refractory period varies from person to person and in the same person (it is different), depending on age, physical condition and emotional condition. Usually, as he gets older, his refractory period will prolong. So, don't worry. Enjoy the sensual aspect of sexuality, rather than focusing on ejaculation.

Q: You mentioned in the column that the foreskin covers the head of the penis and should be able to move freely. But in my case, I can move the foreskin without pain when I don’t get an erection, but it can be painful when the penis is erect. Will this cause sexual intercourse problems? Please advise.

You haven't understood this article correctly. During sexual intercourse, it is not necessary to withdraw the foreskin. It must be pulled back to clean the penis head. You appear to have partial caterpillar disease. This is why it is possible to pull the foreskin back when the penis is not erection, but it is difficult to do so when the penis is erection. I recommend you undergo circumcision.
