Gaurav Khanna says he “can’t call” Rupali, his friend Rupali Ganguly, recalls the “dispute” on Anupamaa set

After Anupamaa quit the show, speculation began to be made about possible rifts between him and Rupali Ganguly.

Anupamaa is still a fan favorite on Indian TV. Gaurav Khanna is known for playing Anuj Kapadia, who won the hearts of his screen chemistry with Rupali Ganguly.

After he quit the show, speculation began to be made about the possible rift between him and Rupali. Recently, in a chat with Siddharth Kannan, Gaurav broke their silence about the bond and admitted that there were some disagreements during the filming process.

He also praised Rupali, calling her a great co-star and one of his favorites, and shared that he learned a lot from her. While speaking about his relationship with Rupali Ganguly, “Main Rupali ko friend nahi bolunga (I won’t call her a friend). Rupali is a wonderful human being from whom I’ve learned a lot. Friend kya hota hai ki main kabhi bhi phone kardu ki ye hai, woh hai… (A friend is someone you can call anytime and share everything), I’m not on those terms with anyone, be it Rupali or even Sudhanshu.

While talking about altercations on set, he said, “Altercations hot the scenes ko leke because everyone comes with their own idea, and I respect that — because she, being a senior actor, carries the show on her shoulders. She’s the face on the poster; she is Anupamaa. So if I insist that scenes be done according to me, that would be wrong — and I’ve never done that. Altercations hot the ki like isko aise kar letter hai, woh bolenge aise kar lete hai (Once there was a dispute over the scene because everyone had their own explanation. She was the leader, so if I pushed my own version, I would be wrong). ”

Supported by Rajan Shahi and Deepa Shahi Anupama Over time, it has won a huge fan base. The show is titled with Rupali Ganguly as the core role, with Adrija Roy (participating in Alisha Parveen Khan) and Shivam Khajuria playing key roles in the next generation of roles.
