A bedridden man was allegedly trampled to death by his son, reportedly under the influence of alcohol from Chelamattam near Perombawal on Wednesday night.
The deceased was identified as 67-year-old Johnny. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead and had an autopsy Thursday afterwards.
The autopsy report caused damage to the lungs after a fractured rib.
