An official was stopped in the Katni district of Madhya Pradesh after an official spread a drink on social media. Lal Naveen Pratap Singh surfaced on social media on Friday, a teacher in Khirhani Village, the neighborhood of Barwara.
The official said the awareness of adopting videos was directed by regional collector Dilip Kumar Yadav to take action against the teacher. He said the video was spread to officials in different neighborhoods and the teacher was later identified as Lal Naveen Pratap Singh.
The official said Singh immediately suspended allegations of misconduct under the rules of the MP (conduct) of civil servants, encouraging children to drink and undermine the dignity of teachers. The alleged video shows a man serving drinks to the young boy in a cup in the room and heard him telling one of them to mix water before drinking.
