In the Vedic chant, the door of the temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu opens at 6 a.m.

At that time, a temple was decorated with 15 tons of flowers of various varieties and played devout music on this occasion.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State Department Chairman Mahendra Bhatt and Tehri Mla Kishore Upadhyay were also present.

Badrinath Dham, Rawal, Dharmadhikari and Vedpathis first carried out special worship in the temple.

Like the main temple, Ganesh, Ghantakarna, Adi Kedareshwar, Adi Guru Shankaracharya temple and Mata Murti monastery located in Badrinath Dham have also been opened to devotees.

Officials said the local government has completed all the necessary preparations to make DHAM safe and smooth.

After Diwali, the doors of char dhams – Badrinath, Kedanath, Gantry and Shannotri – are dedicated to the devotees. The portal reopened in May of the following year.

During the six-month pilgrimage, hundreds of thousands of devotees from across the country and abroad visited Charde.

Last Friday, the portal of the Himalayan Temple opened. The Gangotri and Yamunotri temples will be open on April 30.
