The Supreme Court does not provide Suresh production in land disputes

Hyderabad: The Supreme Court refused to intervene in the ongoing issues on the land allocated to Suresh Productions by Rama Naidu Studios in Visakhapatnam.

The dispute took place, according to reports, the Jagan Mohan Reddy government in Andhra Pradesh allowed Suresh Productions to use previously allocated land to achieve purposes beyond the original intention. The National Democratic League (NDA) government subsequently issued a notice on the reasons for the performance of Suresh Productions, questioning why the early land allocation order should not be revoked.

Suresh Productions filed the show notice to the Supreme Court. The bench led by Justice Abhay S Oka heard the petition. However, the bench chose not to interfere in the matter, directing Suresh Productions to contact the appropriate lower court.

It is worth noting that the Supreme Court judge approved Suresh Productions' request to withdraw its current petition.
