The Indian Air Force said on Sunday it had successfully performed its designated mission and was aligned with the national goals during Operation Sindor.

The operation was launched in early May 7 to destroy seven terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir in retaliation for the Pahalgam terrorist attacks. All subsequent revenge on the Pakistani offensive was carried out under Operation Sindor.

The Indian Air Force (IAF) said in a statement that the operation was “still in progress”.

“As operations are still in progress, detailed briefings will be conducted in due course. The International Trade Agreement urges everyone to avoid speculation and dissemination of unverified information,” it said.

India and Pakistan reached an understanding on Saturday to block all shooting and military operations on land, air and oceans, and take effect immediately.
