GHMC clarifies Chief Hydraa's inspection

Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency head AV carried out the structure of the RTC crossing. Ranganath inspected on Friday the status quo order issued by the city civil court, GHMC is filing the counter, which is a clarification for the larger Hyderabad municipal company.

Response titled “Hydraa Chief Av Ranganath criticized officials for officials in illegal hospital structures” was issued on May 3, 2025, and the GHMC clarified through a press release that the structure had established a “residential” category in the “residential” category, which was released on March 19. Despite obtaining a hospitalization permit, he also used the building to be hospitalized.
The note said that in view of the deviation, the owner issued a preliminary notice on June 19, 2024 and further ordered the correction of the deviation and compliance with the specifications for building permits.
The note informed that the owner also signed and obtained a status quo order to the civil court, in addition to applying for regularization under the GHMC Act of 1955.
