Now it’s time to revisit K. Veeraswami vs. India League and others Judgment, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar said in New Delhi on May 19, 2025. The 1991 Supreme Court judgment deals with the question of whether the Corruption Prevention Act applies to High Court judges.

Mr Dakhar said the 1991 judgment was a “judicial soldier”, saying that the origin of judicial corruption lies in K. Veeraswami judge.

“Now is the time we are going to change now. I have confidence and confidence in the current Supreme Court, a famous figure, an upright person. Mr. Dakar said a strong judicial system is crucial to democratic survival and blossom. “The judge burned banknotes and cash at the residence of Delhi, Lutyen. So far, there is no FIR (first information report). [the] Rule of law, [the] Criminal justice system. And if I go to the legal field occupied by legislation, there is no chance of delay for the time being, because that is the order of the law. The rule of law is the foundation of society. ” said the vice president.
