Completed in 2020, the 16-building complex includes luxury homes, office spaces, shopping centers and the Arts Center, all located on the west side of Manhattan.
Abraj al Bait, located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, is in second place, the bait was built to receive pilgrims visiting the holy city. The complex costs about $15 billion and includes seven towers, with the Central Mecca Royal Clock Tower standing at 1,972 feet. It was completed in 2012 and also has a luxury hotel with 1,650 rooms.
