Kadapa leaders quarrel in cement factory deal

Anantapur: After an internal quarrel between the leaders of alliance partners BJP and TD, there has been an interesting twist in the Kadapa area politics, involving the cement industry in recent days.

Jammalamadugu MLA Adinarayana Reddy of BJP faces allegations of obtaining subcontract works, including transportation transactions from YSRC agencies in cooperation with YSRC agencies.

In another development, the BJP MLA reportedly threatened to allocate contracts to his close assistants to supercement factory management. Adinarayana defended her position, saying YSRC leaders at all levels are making such income from cement companies, while leaders from other parties are not getting the job.

Recently, five limestone iron were seized and some contract workers were removed from their duties as cement companies. The company’s work has reportedly come to a halt due to a lack of contract workers, reportedly under pressure from BJP leaders.

Reddy responded to the allegations against him, and he would talk to CM and explained to him that the YSRC leaders dominate the cement world and that the companies did not provide jobs to other parties and those on shipping and other contracts for several years.

Over the past three days, some of MLA colleagues have blocked the transport of lime and fly ash to the cement plant, saying they should get the job. The company was unable to obtain limestone due to protests, and activities and production were hit.

Police conducted cases based on a complaint against S Jagadeeswar Reddy by the cement plant and ten other cases, allegedly hindering limestone supply in the Chilankur cement industry in the Kadapa area.

Ramana Reddy, brother of former minister Mysoora Reddy, is a contract for shipping to supply fly ash, limestone and other raw materials. BJP MLA wants to control these.

It is worth noting that there are also internal quarrels between the TD and BJP leaders in Kadapa and Anatapur regions. A few days ago, there was a difference between Tadipathri Municipal Chairman JC Prabhakar Reddy and Adinarayana Reddy, and Proddatur’s RTPP unit transported fly ash a few days ago.
