Russian arguments have no credibility: Ukraine launches investigation into attack on Indian pharmaceutical warehouses

Ukrainian embassy in India said Russia’s arguments on the attacks of Indian pharmaceutical companies in Kiev’s warehouses “has no credibility”, saying the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office has included criminal cases in the devastating case of Russian forces’ property belonging to Indian company Kusum.

The Ukrainian embassy issued a statement in India after Russia denied Ukrainian allegations that it attacked the warehouse of Indian pharmaceutical companies in Kiev.

In a statement shared on X, the Ukrainian Embassy in India stated, “Any attempt to justify terror is legally untenable, cynical in essence, and pathetic in terms of competence. A serial criminal would never confess in their crimes. Russia’s arguments have no credibility. It seems that the Russian Embassy in India is now pretending to be involved in planning air strikes on Ukraine.”
“Then, just as they tried to justify the missile strike on Sumy on Palm Sunday, they might again claim it was a mistake. Maybe then Washington would believe them again. The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine has opened a criminal case into the destruction of property belonging to the Indian company Kusum by Russian forces. And in the end, justice will prevail,” it added.

In a statement shared on Thursday, the Russian embassy in India indicated that it could be one of Ukraine’s own air defense missiles that attacked a facility operated by Kusum Healthcare.

Earlier, Ukrainian embassy in India claimed that a Russian missile attacked the Kusum Healthcare warehouse, accusing Moscow of “intentional” targeting Indian companies. Today, a Russian missile strikes the warehouse of Indian pharmaceutical companies, Kusraine in Ukraine attacks Indians, Lady Moscow and Lady Moscow in Ukraine. The Indian Embassy said in a post on X on April 12.

Russian oversight in India responded to the allegations on X: “Russian armed forces have no attack or planned to launch an attack on April 12, and the pharmacy warehouse of Kusum Healthcare is located in eastern Kiev. That day, Russian Tactical Aviation, Russian Tactical Aviation, strike unmanned aircraft and missiles attacked Ukrainian military plants, Ukrainian armed plants, an infinite Ukrainian factory in Ukrainian industry, an automation plant in Ukrainian automation plant, an assembly workshop for Inner Corporation in totally different locations.”

Russia’s embassy in India blames Ukraine’s “operated electronic warfare system” and suggests that Ukrainian air defense missiles may cause losses.

“The most likely explanation is that one of the Ukrainian air defense missiles landed on a warehouse in Kusum Healthcare and caught fire. Similar cases have occurred before, so Ukrainian air defense interceptors failed to hit their targets because their targets were in urban areas, resulting from the electronic warfare system operated,” the embassy said. ”

It reiterated that the Russian forces “never targeted civilian facilities” and further alleged: “It should also be noted that the Ukrainian military’s habit is to use civilians as human shields in urban areas.”
