The magnificent “Aazhi Ther” festival Neelothpalambal Sametha Sri vanmeeganathar temple, commonly known as the Sri Thyagarajaswamy temple in Tiruvarur, was celebrated on April 7 with mean and religious enthusiasm.

The wooden car, on Sunday evening, April 6, housed the decorative idol of the “Utsava Moorthy” (marching deities) of Sri Thyagarajaswamy, and on Monday morning, the dedication of “theage aaaa aroroaage” was taken from the deck on “Keezha Ratha Veedhi” (East Car Street).

The devotees pulled huge wooden cars along the four car streets, weighing 300 tons, equipped with iron wheels and hydraulic damage system, and brought them back to the deck in the evening. Earth tools were deployed to help devotees pull The Along the four car streets.
