FIR error in Vijay Shah case: High Court of Congress Members

Bhopal:Even when the Supreme Court will file a lawsuit on Friday, the Madhya Pradesh High Court in Jabalpur on Thursday drove police to their FIR against Tribal Welfare Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah against Colonel Sofia Qureshi, aiming to comply with Colonel Sofia Qureshi, aiming to “make a copy on a part of the state.”

In the Supreme Court, the judge led by India’s Chief Justice BR Gavai said: “What statement are you making? You are the responsible minister of the government,”

The High Court said it would oversee the investigation into the case, saying the police drafted FIR did not “inspire the court’s confidence” and was “easily revoked.”

On May 12, the minister had said that terrorists killed Hindus in Pahalgam in Chamu, Kashmir and Prime Minister Narendra Modi “used their sisters in the community against them, apparently referring to Colonel Sofia Qureshi, who introduced the media to the media during Operation Sindoor.

Police FIR the minister before midnight on Wednesday after the High Court directed.

On May 12, Justice Atul Shreedharan and Justice Anuradha Malik noticed that the minister near Mhow in Madhya Pradesh did not speak near Mhow, which constituted a crime without mentioning the “conduct of the suspect”, making it easy to be revoked by the court in the FIR.

At this juncture, the court was reluctant to find out who was responsible for the clumsy attempt in the chain of command of the state police, the bench said. It said the Court should strive to find the same thing in future litigation.

The court noted that the FIR only mentioned the court’s instructions (proposing the FIR against the minister), rather than the minister’s remarks, which constituted a crime.

Defense attorney Prashant Singh argued that the court’s May 14 order had been annexed in the FIR. The court opposed his argument, saying it was insufficient.

Justice Shreedharan observed that the FIR had been drafted so that the Supreme Court could be revoked, even if not this court, and therefore, the FIR did not mention the crimes of FIR.

“Who drafted the FIR? Where are the ingredients? The content must be in the FIR,” the court said.

The court ordered the entire May 14 court order as part of the FIR to ensure that no “sutterfuge” occurred.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav held a high-level official meeting here on Wednesday evening to discuss his return from Bangalore. Sources said that the fate of convening ministers has been left to the central leaders.

The Supreme Court judge led by Chief Justice Gavai said: Every word the minister speaks must be responsible when the country experiences “this situation”.

Also on the bench are Justice Augustine George Masih, who said the Supreme Court will hear Shah’s defense on Friday challenge the May 14 order of the Madhya Pradesh High Court to direct him to comment on him.

“When this country goes through this situation, every word or word the responsible minister has to be responsible for it,” CJI told Shah’s lawyer.

The bench continued: “People who hold such a constitutional office are expected to exercise some degree of restrictions.”
