Deeksha R. is a student of Vagdevi PU Academy in Tirthahalli, Shivamogga District, Karnataka, and is a joint top hat in the PU exam, earning 599 points of 600 points in the science stream.
She is the daughter of Raghavendra Kallu KV and Usha V. of Tirthalli, who are teachers in public high schools. Deeksha scored 100 points in all subjects, and she earned 99/100 in addition to chemistry.
Deeksha told Mediapersons that she received support from teaching teachers and parents. She wants to pursue engineering courses.
