Tirupati police arrest former TTD president

Hyderabad: Former Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) chairman Bhumana Karunakar Reddy was arrested by Tiruchanoor police on Thursday and died a few days ago before his visit to SV Goshala Goshala.
In response to the challenges raised by the Tirupati TDP leader, Reddy accepted the challenge and said he would visit Goshala at 10 a.m. Reddy claims that 100 cows died in Goshala, and he has evidence to prove it. Reddy said he has worked on what he said is related to the Goshala issue.
Tiruchanoor police believed that Reddy’s visit would lead to legal and order issues in Temple Town, so they came to his residence and joined other YSRCP followers to arrest him along with other YSRCPs. More police forces were deployed in Reddy and other leaders’ houses to prevent any adverse events.
