TMC, BJP focuses on North Bangladesh

The Chief Minister of Bangladesh will participate in the administrative review meeting with all regional administrative officials, Darjeeling, Kalippenton, Jalpagiri, Alipudur and Kushibel. She will also attend a collaborative business conference in Aldbarry on Tuesday.
John Barla, former BJP league minister and tea heavyweight leader, joined the Trinamool Congress last Thursday, weakening the BJP’s strength in the North Bangladesh tea gardens. Since 2021, after about 10 BJP MLAs exited BJP in 2026 before polls, especially in the tea belt area of North Bangladesh, the party began partying to Saba Province in 2019, and to Sabfron Party, lok Sabha Polls, 2021 General Assembly in 2021 and 2024 Lok Sabha Polls.
Barla took a lot of shackles on Alipurduar’s tea garden belt and obtained MPs from Alipurduar’s seat. He became the junior minister of Modi’s cabinet. However, he did not get votes in the 2024 Lok Sabha poll, and in 2024, Manoj Tigga competed and won from the seat, expanding the breach between BJP and Barla.
Meanwhile, Trinamool Congress leaders carried out a restructuring in Birbhum’s organizational framework. Trinamool Congress supreme responsibility puts the core committee on conducting elections and other related work, which will investigate the upcoming 2026 elections in Birbhum with senior leader Asish Banerjee as chair. Until recently, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has been monitoring the core committee. Trinamool Congress heavyweight leader Anubrata Mondal, Birbhum Regional Chairman, has been removed from the position and so far no one has led the position. Mondal was arrested by Ed and returned to his home in Bolpur Town, Birbhum District last September with his daughter Sukanya, after both were granted bail in cases related to cattle smuggling by courts in Delhi.
Asish Banerjee held a core committee meeting today in Birbhum, while former President Anubrata Mondal was recently removed from office in a reshuffle. “This was decided at the core committee meeting, from May 25 to 27, several political plans will be organized, Asish Banerjee said: “We should do what we do when we rule on social media. Banerjee said.
