Asaduddin Owaisi, chief of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (Aimim), of all India, swept the Supreme Court on Saturday, launching a sharp attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Ovassi said the BJP is doing “fraud” and threatening religious wars.
According to ANI, he said: “Your people (BJP) are pipe lamps…threatening the court in some way…Do you know what is (Provisions) 142 (Constitution)? It is made up of BR Ambedkar…BJP is fraud and threatening the religious war.”
He added: “Your people are in power, you have become so radical that you are threatening the court of religious wars…Modi Ji, if you don’t stop these people, this country will become weak. The country will not forgive you, and you will not be in power tomorrow.”

On the other hand, the Saffron Party responded quickly to the statements of Dolby and his MP Dinesh Sharma. When party president JP Nadda clarified that the BJP “rejected these statements completely”, the BJP was out of reach with the remarks.
The BJP chief said in an article on social media platform X that the party disagrees with Dolby and Sharma’s statement and regards it as a “personal point of view.” He added that the party does not support such statements.
Nadda also said that the BJP believes that the judiciary and all courts are “components” of democracy and a powerful backbone for protecting the Constitution. The BJP president clarified that he had asked two MPs not to comment like this.

Nishikant Dubey’s comments on justice
On Saturday, BJP MP Dubey launched a thorough criticism of the Supreme Court and said that the Parliament and state legislatures should be closed if the Supreme Court must enact laws.
Dolby is one of the most vocal party members in Lok Sabha. PTI reported that he also made a slide to India’s Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna.
