TN will file a case against the Centre in SC to deduct funds from language policy: Stalin

The coalition government has insisted not to allocate Rs 2.152 crore to Tamil Nadu’s funds for refusing to implement the trilingual policy, and the state government will seek legal action in the Supreme Court.

Consistent resolution

Mr Singh said that despite the unanimous resolutions adopted by the Standing Committee of Parliamentary Education to release Samagra Schsh Schsh Abishiyan to Tamil Nadu, Kerala and West Bengal, the Union Government has not done so. He added that in addition, the centre also owes Tamil Nadu Rs 5 billion under the Right to Education Act.

Retired Supreme Court Justice V. Gopala Gowda and former director of the Indian Space Research Organization Mylswamy Annadurai provided their fees.

Mr Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi said the book has 12 chapters discussing the controversial parts of 39 NEPs, including trilingual policy. Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin welcomed the party.
