India’s Consulate General destroys New Delhi’s reaction in Australia | India News

The Consulate General of India in Melbourne, Australia was destroyed earlier on Thursday. In response, the High Commission of India, Canberra, has taken swift action by raising questions with Australian authorities and taking measures to ensure the safety of diplomatic venues and personnel.

In an article X on social media platforms, the High Commission noted that Australian authorities reported incidents of destruction of the General Administration’s premises at the Melbourne Consulate General.

The High Commission wrote in the Post: “Australian authorities have filed an incident where the Indian Consulate General in Melbourne defaced the location.

Vandalism by the Consulate General of India in Melbourne

Today, Australia reports that the Melbourne Indian Consulate General in Melbourne has been destroyed.

The report also noted that Victoria Police confirmed that police attended the site on the morning of April 10 after reports of graffiti painting on the building.

The Foreign Affairs Bureau is located at 344 St. Kilda Road, Melbourne, and is said to target “meaning” on April 10.

Australian vandalism incident

While the Indian High Commission Canberra responded to the latest vandalism, it was reported that it was not the first such incident to be faced by the Australian Indian diplomatic venue.

Further investigation into the incident is underway.
