Pahalgam terrorist attack: Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with Foreign Minister S. During the negotiations, Rubio expressed grief over the lives of Pahalgam’s “terrorist attacks” and encouraged India to cooperate with Pakistan to “relieve tensions” and maintain peace and security in South Asia.
