Trump ends the Gulf trip with $1.4 trillion investment commitment

U.S. President Donald Trump signed on Friday in a multi-billion dollar deal, while also receiving a $1.4 trillion investment commitment from the UAE, where he toured the Gulf in Abu Dhabi.

In the investment, the large amount of funds are also accompanied by decades of sanctions on Syria and optimism about the Iran nuclear deal over multiple days of travel throughout the Gulf.

During his first foreign tour in the second semester, Trump made $600 billion in investments from Katar Airways (including nearly $142 billion in weapons) from Saudi Arabia, and took charge of $200 billion from Katar Airways, which the White House described as the largest arms deal ever.
“I just think we have a U.S. president doing sales,” Trump quipped at the business roundtable with Abu Dhabi Prince Prince Bin Mohamed bin Zayed.

He added: “I think I have to be a cheerleader in our country.”


After the business roundtable, the president briefly visited the Abraham Family House, a complex that opened in 2023 and features a mosque, church and the country’s first official synagogue – and then left the country on the Air Force. On Thursday, UAE President Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zay worked between the three countries under Trump’s two countries, working between the royal family for $1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.4. The two countries also signed commercial deals worth more than $200 billion, including a $60 billion partnership with Abu Dhabi Petroleum and a $14.5 billion Boeing order for Etihad Airways.

“You are an amazing country. You are a wealthy country. You can choose yourself, but I know you will never leave me.” Trump said after announcing $1.4 trillion late Thursday.

He added: “This is the biggest investment you have made and we are really grateful.” He will treat the UAE “magnificently” and Sheikh Mohamed is “a grand man, and it’s a great honor to be with you”.

The White House also said both countries signed an AI agreement that would allow the UAE to invest in U.S. data centers and is committed to “further aligning its national security regulations with the United States, including strong protections to prevent the transfer of U.S.-European technology.”

Killing 93 people in Gaza: Ministry of Health
At least 93 Gaza health officials were killed on strike by Israel on Friday.

Hit Gaza overnight, including the suburbs of Deir Al-Balah and Khan Younis. The ministry said hundreds of people were injured in addition to those killed.

The widespread attacks of Trump ended his visit to the Gulf state rather than Israel. It is generally hoped that his regional travel could introduce a ceasefire agreement or humanitarian assistance to Gaza.
