The three boys reportedly went to learn swimming in a farm pond in Ingali Village, Chikkodi Taluk in Bellagarve district of Karnataka on May 2.
The deceased were Prithviraj Keraba (13), Atharva Soundalage (15) and Samarth Gadkari 13), all residents of the village of Ingli.
The three boys went to a farm pond on their bike to learn to swim. Sources said they may have drowned because they didn't know how to swim. The owner of the farmland found the desolate bicycle. While searching for the owner of the bicycle, he found the bodies of three boys in the farm pond.
Ankali police have registered the case.
