Majority equity on the board of directors of Santhigiri Ashram

Ashram said on Saturday that Janani Nishchithitha Jnana Thapaswini was elected as a member of the board of directors of Santhigiri Ashram. The board of directors that appoints 10 people now has six women.

The decision was made at a board meeting on April 1. Janani Nishchitha is a abandoned disciple who grew up under the guidance of Ashram’s founder Karunakara Guru. She was born on March 9, 1979 and sold to G. Surendran Pillai and V. Ramani Kutty of Kottarakkara Pallikkal, who named her Ranjini.

She completed her primary education in Bangalore and in Tirouvanataplam. She received the launch of the abandonment (Sannyasa Deeksha) on July 16, 1999 and obtained the name of Janani Nishchitha Jnana Thapaswini.
