The rare culinary adventure in the Northeast arrives at Leela Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The dining environment in Hyderabad will be welcomed from April 18 to May 3 (excluding Sundays and Sundays, not including Sundays), and chef Farha Naaz welcomes Mamazaki’s unique cooking experience. Led by MasterChef Indian Famous Chef Farha Naaz, this is a limited edition pop-up that invites guests to explore the affluent and subtle delicacies of northeastern India – tradition meets when delegates meet.
The pop-up window is set as a curated tasting menu by chef Farha Naaz, founder of Mamazaki, a culinary consulting and concept kitchen rooted in Guwahati. Mamazaki is known for converting regional ingredients into compelling dishes, providing a modern explanation of the diverse food culture in northeast India. Highlights include sophisticated versions of Joha Yakhni Arancini, Datshi Dumplings, Pani Pitha Crepes, Omita Khaar Soup and the much-loved Bihu Jolpan.
Farha’s food has a background in agricultural engineering and has a famous run in MasterChef India Season 8, whose food is rooted in memory, location and purpose. At Raen, Chef’s Studio, she brings the story of the seven sisters to your plate – both familiar and completely novel in flavors and with fresh seasonal products, aromatic spices from the region and a little bit of creative whimsical.
Expect a slow stew with meat, spice-flavored delicacies, native herbs and a carefully constructed tasting menu. With its unique ingredient approach, Farha invites Hyderabad to discover the lesser-known, vibrant culinary tradition of the Northeast – presented in a beautifully decorated dining avatar.
