Fadanvis calls Pakistan a “terrorist” and says India will continue to fight terrorism

Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Saturday called Pakistan a “terrorist” and has been sponsoring terrorist activities. He said the Indian armed forces and government will continue to fight terrorism.

Mr. Fadnavis talked with reporters from Alandi village after taking Darshan from Sant Dnyaneshwar. He said: “Pakistan is a terrorist country. They have been supporting terrorism, but India will not stop. Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our armed forces have responded appropriately to Pakistan.”

India destroyed Pakistan’s terror training center on Monday night. Three days after the cross-border conflict, both countries agreed to a ceasefire. “Pakistan has always supported terrorism. All its actions and activities have established support for terrorism. Under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, India will respond terrorism severely.”

After India agreed to a ceasefire, NCP (SP) head Sharad Pawar said that India has never been an invader and praised the “Operation sindoor”, which is a necessary step for India’s national security.

“India never encouraged terrorism. Operation Sindor is a decisive and precise attack on the terrorist hub. Its targets will never target Pakistan’s military devices and its citizens. India has a responsibility to deal with Pakistan’s ongoing disasters, and we do this in terms of responsibility and responsibility to maintain the world and maintain peace.

The senior leader also insists that the world must unify its struggle against terrorism. “It is a responsibility of the international community to firmly resist terrorism,” he said.

Abu Azmi, leader of Maharashtra Samajwadi Party, also welcomed the ceasefire but asked the government to promise that there would be no ceasefire if there was another terrorist attack in the country. “I’m happy because war is not the solution. Only innocent people suffer in the war. Terrorists come from Pakistan and have killed innocent Hindu tourists. I welcome this ceasefire. But I also hope the government promises that if there is another terrorist attack in the future, there will be no ceasefire,” he said.
