Two people strike in Ukrainian city on strike Russia: authorities

Authorities said Friday that a Russian strike killed two people in Kharkiv and Sumy in northeastern Ukraine, with at least 27 injured.

Kharkif mayor Igor Terekhov said in a telegram that a person was killed in the city and 26 people were injured.
