Police said on Thursday that a man allegedly strangled his 15-year-old son and hung himself in a house in Palgar district in Maharashtra. An official said the incident occurred Wednesday in the Pimpalsheth Village of Jawhar Taluka, a tribal-led Jawhar Taluka.
Deputy Inspector Anil Dighole said Sharad Bhoye (40) was the (best) commander of Briham Bay Electric Power Supply and Transportation Industry, and he was suspended and his son Bavesh strangled his son with a wire rope. He said Sarah had been suspended for the past three months and was frustrated by the situation.
According to preliminary investigations, Bhoye strangled his son, a Level 10 student, who had strangled his son Level 10 student after returning home from school and smashed the boy’s body to the floor, causing fatal injury.
The man then hanged himself from the ceiling of another room in the house, the official said. He said Bhoye’s father lived nearby and found the body and the authorities were alerted. The bodies were sent for postmortem and a case was registered, the official said.
