Pilgrimage Committee for Pilgrim training camp

Hyderabad: The Telangana Haj committee held an event, the “Pehla Kadam Haj Ke Liye” (the first step of HAJ), held on Sunday in Nampally, in the public garden to help pilgrims prepare for the journey. The focus of the program is on preparing pilgrims over the age of 65.
Meetings include physical exercise and walking. The program, conducted in partnership with the Haj Council and the Royal Mosque in the Public Garden, is part of the boot camp and will continue on April 12, 13 and 20.
Sajjad Ali, executive officer of the Telangana Haj committee, advises pilgrims to walk regularly and follow a healthy diet to maintain a healthy state of health during the pilgrimage. Dr. Ahsan Ali Hamoomi of Imam of the Royal Mosque said: “During the last Haj, pilgrims face many problems as they need to walk nearly 12 km a day. In Saudi Arabia, the temperature will be high. Health and physical preparation are important for pilgrims.
