New York: New York sources told ANI that UN Security Council members raised tough questions to Pakistan during an informal door-closing meeting on Monday. Tensions between India and Pakistan were under review by 15 National Security Council on Monday afternoon.

The UN agency did not make a statement after the “closed consultation” requested by Pakistan, a non-serving member of the Council, currently held by Greece for the presidency of the month.

Sources told ANI that UN Security Council members raised tough questions for Pakistan at their informal closed door meeting. Members refused to accept the narrative of “false flag” planted by Pakistan and asked whether the banned terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba, which has a deep relationship with Pakistan, could be involved in the terrorist attack.

Sources say people’s recognition of terrorist attacks and the need for responsibility is widely condemned. Some members set goals specifically based on their religious beliefs.

Many members expressed concern that Pakistan’s missile tests and nuclear rhetoric were escalating factors. Pakistan conducted a training launch of the Fatah series on Monday, a 120km range, part of the ongoing “Exercise India Workout”,

Pakistan's efforts to internationalize the situation has also failed. It is recommended that they bilaterally resolve the problem with India.
