Upward government breaks illegal structure along India-Nirvana border

According to the statement, the power targets unauthorized architectural and religious institutions and focuses on areas with a boundary radius of 10-15 kilometers.
Action was taken against 89 illegal robbers in Bachridge and 119 illegal buildings in Shravasti.
In addition, 17 unauthorized Madrasas were identified and resolved in the process.
In Siddharthnagar area, 11 illegal structures were demolished, while in Maharajganj, actions against 19 encroachments were taken. Meanwhile, in Balrampur, seven encroachments of government land were identified. The government said the two voluntarily evacuated and action was taking place on the remaining five.
Earlier this month, Uttar Pradesh Minister for Welfare of Ethnic Minorities, Muslim WAQF and Haj Danish Azad Ansari stressed the need to end the so-called land embezzlement, noting that the WAQF amendment is a need for that hour.
In early January, Uttar Pradesh police launched a counter-attack drive to cancel illegal settlements on lands of troops in the Vijaynagar area of Ghaziabad.
DCP city Rajesh Kumar Singh said the anti-aggression drive will continue until all illegal settlements are evacuated from the area.
“In Vijayanagar region, many people have occupied land belonging to the army. We have received letters from (military) officials to eliminate the encroachment, so we have started the anti-aggression drive – it will continue until all illegal settlements are evacuated from the area,” Singh told Ani.
Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh police, together with the government, demolished an illegal building that was demolished in March at the Hathgaon Police Station area in Fatahpur.
According to officials, the building was carried out “illegal” on government land.
Fatehpur Police Commissioner (SP) Dhawal Jaiswal said the illegal construction belongs to a criminal who has more than 12 cases against him.
