Uttam garbage real estate slows down

Hyderabad: Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy reiterated the Congressional government’s commitment to the real estate sector on Sunday and secured full support for builders at the first annual general agency meeting of the Cyberabad Builders Association (CBA). He said reports of slowing construction activity were blown up by proportion and the Congressional government would ensure a real estate boom in and around Hyderabad.

“We are meeting at a critical moment. Many of you are anxious about the future. Let me assure you clearly that Telangana’s current Congressional government is fully committed to supporting construction and construction activities in Hyderabad and Sebrabad, and throughout the state,” he told the meeting.

He promised that the government will actively intervene to address any problems faced by builders, whether government agencies or other authorities, to ensure operational and exponential business growth. He added: “We hope every builder will benefit from Hyderabad’s growth.”

He pointed to the legacy of the earlier Congressional government, and he noted that most of Hyderabad’s globally recognized infrastructure, such as Shamshabad Airport, ORR, ORR, PVNR highway, subway tracks, and major projects, brought drinking water from Krishna and Godavari Rivers – both executed during the Congress’s reign. “This is the world standard infrastructure, which makes Hyderabad one of the fastest growing cities not only in India but also in the world,” he said.

Uttam Kumar Reddy reiterated that Hyderabad enjoys a mild climate, an international cultural and corporate-friendly environment and he assured builders that the Congressional government will continue to protect this ecosystem. “Whether it’s about law and order, social harmony or policy support, we stand with you to make Hyderabad and Cyborabad faster,” he said.
